We will have a Case Manager at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter, today, January 31st. The Case Manager will be available from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. Drop in ...and see us! The Agency has a variety of services such as Medicare counseling, EVE (Elders volunteer for Elders) Program, Nutrition Program, Information & Assistance, Long Term Care Ombudsman Program, Family Caregiver Program, In-Home Program, Transportation, Legal Services, Counseling and Much More.
