A new client came in just yesterday who was seriously injured after receiving an incorrect medication from a pharmacy in Jefferson City. This article has some good tips to help you and your family avoid these types of mistakes.

It has been my pleasure to advise MADD and represent victims of impaired driving for over 15 years. Hearing the stories from victim’s families about their loss was heart wrenching and the bravery of these family members was inspiring. #nomorevictims

As many of you know, I devote a significant part of my law practice to representing nursing home residents and their families in cases where they were neglected or mistreated. The vast majority of these cases are due to health care facilities not having enough nurses on staff. This is an interesting approach to trying to solve that problem.

Tractor trailer crashes frequently lead to devastating consequences for clients of mine. This technology could make our roads safer.

Self-driving cars are not too far away. The law is going to have to figure out a way to deal with happens when these cars injure or kill other people.

I want to thank everyone for watching the weekly Two Minutes with Tim videos I have released on Sunday evenings. After doing the Two Minute videos for almost a year, I am working on doing something different and hope to keep a weekly publication schedule.
