Today we are adapting to ever changing times. For most at a pace that feels distant from our comfortable normal. We at Root’s Nouveau want you to be assured we are doing what we can and all that we can to make these times safe! I have never had so much confidence in our team of professionals as I do right now. Our team has faced this challenge head on and is expertly prepared to welcome our clients. One of the biggest parts of our education has already been sanitation and di...sinfection. We deal with blood spills on a daily basis. Thankfully, most of the time our own. So our commitment to the safety of our clients has always been at the forefront of what we do! This is not out of our comfortable normal but we address these issues with the seriousness they deserve. Moving forward it is important for us to set a guide for us, as well as you, to abide by over the foreseeable future. Please keep in mind these guidelines are important for you as well as those of us at Root’s Nouveau. You are considered our family and as much we have missed you greatly! We want you all to know you are safe and feel completely comfortable as we move forward. - Please remain in your vehicle until your stylist/tech contacts you to come in. - 1 client per stylist/tech. This way we are able to keep the space at a minimum capacity. Please do not bring extra guests to your appointment. You may accompany your under age child to their appointment. - All common space will be off limits to limit spaces and amount of transmission points. - Upon entering the salon we will have hand sanitizer available for you or you may choose to wash your hands. Please do so upon entering. - If you have traveled, feel sick, or feel uncomfortable please reschedule your appointment. If you have a current medical condition or are at a higher risk please reschedule your appointment. - We are disinfecting between each client so we can do our best at keeping you and us safe. We are following and using the appropriate tools and technology recommended by the CDC. - It is highly recommendable that you wear a mask. - Contact your stylist/tech if you have any questions at the appropriate number provided to you by your stylist/tech.
