This is the first sermon in a series titled "A Time for Everything", and while there is a time for everything, sometimes we find ourselves lost in the negativity and the cynicism and the hopelessness. There are a few things we can do to combat the negative thoughts: excercise, counting our blessings, and immersing ourselves in the Word.
