The Parkinson's Group of the Ozarks wants to thank everyone who joined us for the "Beyond the Diagnosis" webinar on May 22nd. (Don't forget that you'll get a recording of the online event sent to your email!) It was a successful event and we look forward to offering other Parkinson's learning opportunities in the future. We greatly appreciate the Parkinson's Foundation Heartland Chapter for helping co-host the event and want to express our gratitude for the fabulous guest speakers who took the time to discuss important Parkinson's topics. Thank you again for your support!

From our summer 2020 newsletter... another record breaking 5K
We're going to be posting articles from our summer newsletter in a new format for ease of viewing. Keeping it simple to start: About Parkinson's Disease in the Ozarks
Parkinson's Group of the Ozarks Summer 2020 Newsletter is here! - https://mailchi.mp//parkinsons-group-of-the-ozarks-summer-
We're not like a typical gym with lots of people breathing heavily near each other. We have always cleaned after every client. And masks, along with the personal responsibility of our clients not coming in if they've traveled are keeping everyone safe. Still, this article is even more assuring when it states, "yoga and pilates classes, with just seven or eight participants and little moving around, saw no spread."
