Meet the Staff Monday. This Monday we want to introduce you to Chloe. She is our intern/kennel attendant/runner. WE have been so blessed with such an amazing, sweet, hard working lady. WE LOVE YOU CHLOE!

*UPDATE OWNER HAS BEEN FOUND, AND PET IS DOING GOOD* Does anyone recognize this baby? It is wearing no collar and doesn't have a microchip. Is currently at Parkville Heights Animal Hospital being treated after being hit by a car this morning (but should be fine!) on Klamm Drive near our practice.

Dear Picture Hills Pet Hospital Clients, It has come to our attention that one of our staff members has tested positive for COVID-19. While we wear masks and do our best to stay 6 feet away from others when possible, our job requires us to spend much of our days in very close contact with one another. Out of an abundance of caution for our clients and staff, we are not seeing appointments for the rest of this week. We will still have one staff member in the building at a t...ime answering phones, refilling medications, and scheduling appointments for when we re-open. Medications and food can be paid for by phone and picked up in a non-contact fashion right inside the front door. If you have questions or concerns that can be addressed via phone, I (Dr Sims) will be available throughout the week to return messages left with the designated staff member who is taking calls. If your pet needs to be seen urgently, please call Platte Woods Animal Hospital at 816-741-8600 or Blue Pearl at 816-759-5016. We are ever so grateful for the patient and understanding clients we have, and can’t wait to get back to a time when we can safely provide care face-to-face. Our receptionist do so much, here is a list of the majority of things they do on a daily basis: Answer roughly 180 calls a day Answer hundreds of email's schedule appointments and procedures refill requests for medications... make follow up calls prepare appointment sheets and surgery sheets confirm appointments collect payments check in/out clients food orders and inventory billing Kansas City pet license report normal labs plus so much more!.
