Mariko’s Rapport Therapy is unique because it’s a combination of Play Therapy, Mindfulness Intervention and Talk Therapy. Play Therapy works not only for children, but also for adolescents and adults to promote problem-solving skills and creative thinking. Mindfulness Intervention can help you to explore the self (feelings, thoughts, expectations and behaviors) in a non-judgmental way and to stay present in the moment.
