A Thanksgiving Blessing Thanksgiving is a time of gratitude to God, our Creator and Provider, whose guidance and care go before us, and whose love is with us forever. Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on the changes, to remember that we, too, grow and change from one season of life to another. Thanksgiving is a time of changing seasons, when leaves turn golden in autumn's wake and apples are crisp in the first chill breezes of fall. Let us remember the true meaning of Thanksgiving. As we see the beauty of autumn, let us acknowledge the many blessings which are ours, let us think of our families and friends, and let us give thanks in our hearts. Author Unknown

We love it when our residents’ families share kind words of encouragement with our staff: "Since early March, this year has brought so many challenges and fears during COVID-19. I can’t imagine how tough it has been to create a safe space for seniors, but Meramec Bluffs has responded in a kind, thoughtful, and professional manner. I wanted to write to thank you for all you are doing and have done. From the beginning when our aunt moved in, she enjoyed her lifestyle and home a...t the Bluffs. We have all visited and enjoyed seeing all the Bluffs offers. We were grateful that our aunt was settled in and among friends and caring people. During this pandemic, we have all noted how you have kept her safe while maintaining activities and meal service and careful medical monitoring as needed. Please know we do not take this for granted. We can read about other situations across the country where seniors were not provided this extraordinary level of care, and we know how lucky it is that our aunt chose the Bluffs years ago.
