We're butchering chickens on Thursday and Saturday this week. If you have an interest in raising and butchering your own meat, this is a great opportunity to see how it works.

Our adopted honeybees are doing fantastic at the farm. Lauren handled her first encounter with them masterfully. And the honey was so rich and so good!
