A very common condition I see in clinic is elbow tendonitis. One of the main reasons for this is typing excessively. Typing causes an overuse of the finger flex...ors and an underuse of the finger extensors. This then translates to the elbow, usually the lateral epicondyle, and can hurt even while gripping. Many people are mistakenly told they have "Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS)", and even have unnecessary surgeries.
