I’m tired of people saying that don’t have time to exercise. That’s some big bull!!!! This is just a little over 3 minutes of Plank UPS. THATS IT! JUST 3 MINU...TES OF YOUR DAY It ain’t easy tho especially towards the end of the song. If you can’t go anymore then make a mental note where you stopped and try to get after it again the next day. If you are struggling and stop half way. That’s okay! Take a good deep breathe in, relax and shake it off a little and keep going!! Get after it. This will get you sweating and this will get you burning!!!! A Great endurance tool to use which is something we all need. But you can’t ignore the control and stability this exercise also brings to the table. Now get after it and work that core. DONE.
