My mom saved many Ann Landers clippings from the 70’s & 80’s. I have kept them in a safe place and posted many of them over the years. Came across one of my favorites today. As our children head back to school in different times one thing remains undaunted . . . Raising our children with love & logic, understanding, support & compassion.

All I see on the right are starches and sugars. School lunches in other countries are not perfect, but there are some major differences. For example, this South Korean school lunch looks like a gut-feeding meal with kimchi, tofu, brown rice, lots of veggies, and miso soup. What do you think we should serve American kids?
