FIT PEOPLE...... HELLO! I know I've neglected my business page since the start of my chiropractic school endeavors.... However, I feel like it is an appropriate time to hook you all up with some AT HOME WORKOUTS!! Hopefully, this will allow you to carry on with your exercise routine (and maintain your sanity levels) from the comfort and safety of your own home. ... A few years ago, I created a google drive for my traveling/ remote clients. It has 35+ workouts that utilize minimal equipment and contain video descriptions. If you would like access to this feel free to PM me and I can send you the link! It, unfortunately, was written with my personal clientele in mind, meaning, the workouts might be a bit trickier for newer gym-goers to navigate. Feel free to message me with questions, though, as I'd be happy to help in any way I can! As always, I hope you all are fit, happy, and healthy amidst all of this change and uncertainty right now. MOBILITY MONDAY: Around the World Kettlebell Passes I (Hannah) have (unfortunately) heard numerous clients complain of ankle issues lately. Ankle sprains can be... frustrating; the trauma from one joint can cause a ripple effect up the entire kinetic chain. In the latter stages of ankle sprain (i.e. after the swelling and pain have gone down), it is important to stabilize the joint and build strength around it. These kettlebell passes are a great way to challenge the proprioceptive ability of the ankle joint, as well as reinforce the stability of the surrounding muscle groups. Thanks for the demo, Jon!

MOBILITY MONDAY: SIDE PLANK CLAMSHELL If you are suffering from hip pain due to instability or overcompensation of your TFL, throw this variation into your rout...ine! The side plank clamshell works the Glute medius and additionally stabilizes the pelvis. Hold each rotation for 5 seconds and perform 10-15 reps.
