Governor Parson surprises Valle students STE. GENEVIEVE -- Valle Catholic students had a surprise visitor Thursday. In the first photo: Jan Weiler’s eighth grad...e confirmation students were planting bulbs in the butterfly garden. In the second photo: Donna Herzog’s first grade class. Governor Mike Parson and his wife were out walking the town and stopped to visit with the students! The first graders spread their Christmas cheer by singing a carol.
