The high school band and choir concert is Sunday at 3:00 p.m. The school's new camera system in the gym is not operational yet. We have talked with both our local newspapers and they both plan to live stream the concert. Ashley Justice from The Hometown Journal and Mike Scott from The Media will both be live streaming the concert on their Facebook pages. A big thank you to both of them for making the concert available for everyone to enjoy. Attendance at the concert is limited to two people per student participating. The students will be given two tickets to give to family and friends.

The high school band and choir concert is scheduled for Sunday, December 13, at 3:00 p.m. and the middle school band and choir concert is scheduled for Monday, December 21, at 7:00 p.m. Both concerts will be in the high school gym. To allow for social distancing, each participating student will receive two tickets for family/friends to attend. The District is working on having a live stream set up for everyone who cannot attend. We will announce later how to access the live stream.
Clark County R-1 Schools will continue to follow the recommendations for isolation and quarantine provided by the Clark County Health Department. At this time, the Health Department is not adopting the shortened quarantine guidelines. This decision is based on the guidance from the Missouri Department of Health that recommends each county base their decision on categories of risk based on positivity rate and 7 day case rate. In conjunction with the Health Department, we are... monitoring the situation closely and are ready to implement these guidelines when best for our students, staff, and community. The school board met last night and did not change the student attendance days for the buildings. Secondary buildings will remain in orange status and the Indian Pride Learning Center and elementary buildings will remain in green status. The school board's next meeting is scheduled for January 13.
