-Resiliency as a rule of daily action- Muddy water from a main line break doesn’t play well with electrical components, carpet, drywall, or furniture. Bubbling up through the concrete, that kind of pressure can break a business. Fortunately, we have the power of Edward Jones behind us and are absolutely still in business! Sally is available at a local branch to keep business rolling. I have been amazed at how relentless she is in caring for our family of investors. Don’t ...believe me? She’ll prove it to you! We’re being told not to expect returning to work in the branch for about one month. The phones, mail are being answered and business continues for one reason, and one reason only...YOU!

**BRANCH TEMPORARILY CLOSED** High-water marks on both mine and Sally’s desks (note the mud under hers), my computer, and mud on the power strips. A water main line break has kicked us out for at least a week! We have Home Office associates handling the phone calls for us and hopefully computer access will be established tomorrow. We will still be handling business and appreciate everyone’s patience.
