Due to projected freezing temperatures (forecast shown below), the park's water hydrants and the lake restroom will be winterized on Friday, October 23, 2020. Only the frost-free hydrant near the wood shed will remain available to campers after 10/23/2020. The dump station will be turned off at night and turned back on in the morning if and when the temperature rises above freezing. The dump station will be turned off for the winter on November 3. The shower house will close... November 2 and reopen on April 15, 2021. Full hookup sites have frost free hydrants that will not be disconnected by park staff. However, if temperatures fall below freezing these hydrants need to be turned off and hoses disconnected overnight or they will bust. Frost free hydrants are made to allow the water to drain down when off. Due to freezing temperatures predicted for the remainder of October, there will not be any more watercraft rentals. We apologize for these inconveniences. Detailed Forecast Today A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before 11am. Cloudy, with a high near 45.
