Talk about a dream home on Table Rock Lake. On and off the market in ONE DAY! I've got some excited/shocked sellers due to how quickly we got an offer and some buyers that may be even more excited that they got their dream home under contract. Currently, the most common question I get is if it's a good time to buy or sell? Very simple answer.....YES! I have 11 families waiting to close on their home that would agree. Interest rates are extremely low for qualified buyers. As for sellers the housing inventory is down and demand is up. One year ago today I became a licensed Real Estate agent. Over the last year I've learned ALOT thanks to the 17 families that have trusted me with one of the bi...ggest and most important decisions they'll ever make. For the first time in my life I can say I ABSOLUTELY love what I do and cannot wait to wake up each morning to go to work. I'm also beyond thankful and appreciative for the amazing group of agents I work with at Team Real Estate Springfield. Every single one of them is willing to go out of their way to help whether it be Real Estate related or something personal. I feel that alone is what sets us apart from the rest and creates the success that we have. As I mentioned everyone has helped me at 1 point or another but I have to give a special thanks to David Johnson, Eric Bellamy, and Rebecca Kelley-Barrett. These three have literally answered 1000's of questions and helped me grow to where I'm at today. Last but certainly not least I have to say thank you to my amazing wife Sara Posten. Without a doubt none of this is possible without her. I know she's rolling her eyes right now and thinking whatever but its true. She's my biggest supporter and is who made it possible for me to change careers to do something I'm truly passionate about.

Closing day!! It’s impossible to tell from out here but I have some very excited buyers inside signing papers for their new home!

To put this into perspective some banks have raised their minimum credit scores to 640 and even in some cases to 680 or higher. Not with Eric Evans at Missouri Mortgage Services. He’s always helped my clients and given them the best deal possible.

Every closing is great but given current circumstances todays was even better. With so much worry going around it was refreshing knowing I have some happy buyers getting to move into their new home! Normally, I'd be in the closing and hand deliver a thank you card but for now e-cards will have to do.
