Today marks 70 years for these two. They celebrated a special lunch just for two today.

Happy Veterans Day to those in our local community!

Today we celebrated our Veterans at the Chaffee Nursing Center. We are thankful and blessed to have five residents that are veterans and three employees. We were able to celebrate the branches of US Army, Marines, US Navy, Air Force, and the National Guard! We would also like to give a huge shout out to Red Lobsterin Cape for their appetizers and Logan's Roadhouse for the residents meals. These five men of ours really enjoyed their delicious meals from these restaurants! From all of us at the Chaffee Nursing Center we want to thank each and everyone man/woman who has served in the military for this great nation!! God Bless the USA

The residents enjoyed rollin out and cutting dumplings today. Perfect time of the year to have one of their favorite meals!!
