Reminder of the visitor policy at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital: All inpatients and Emergency Room patients are allowed two designated parents/guardians as a visitor throughout admission. All outpatients are allowed one designated parent/guardian as a visitor throughout visit. Visitors must adhere to all SSM Health policies including: wearing approved face coverings, screening upon entry, proper hand hygiene and social distancing. We appreciate the public’s cooperation and understanding as we focus on the well-being of our employees and patients in our care.

Today is World Autism Awareness Day! In honor of this, we hosted a panel discussion about autism in order to bring awareness, education and understanding of the diagnosis. This panel featured SLUCare Developmental pediatricians at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital and the Knights of Columbus Developmental Center. On our final day of #WomensHistoryMonth we wanted to feature one of our newest physicians, Dr. Corinne Tan. She is a board-certified pediatric cardiothoracic surgeon at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital specializing in congenital cardiac surgery from neonatal and infantile repairs to adults in need of reoperations. Dr. Tan attended Saint Louis University School of Medicine and completed her training in prominent institutions around the country including two pediatric fellowships one in congenital cardiac surgery and another in surgical critical care, both from Boston Children’s Hospital. We are SO excited to have her on our team!
