It is about time that odor is ruled out as enough for any search...

Prosecuting attorneys that allow known liars to continue to testify need to be held accountable for allowing this to continue. Prosecutors take an oath to be truth seeking...and guess what when you put known liars on the stand and/or officers that testimony clearly contradicts video evidence should be held accountable.

One of the biggest problems in our Justice system is that the majority of Judges on the bench were prosecutors first and rarely are they willing to pursue charg...es against the prosecutors they often worked with and add to that the Missouri Bar does not step in and stop this behaviour. You really can’t make this stuff up...

At some point, Missouri needs to catch up, our breath test program is completely unreliable and unjust. Countless innocents are being prosecuted and convicted based on unreliable science and it is time our Courts start demanding a true scientific standard be utilized in order to convict someone wrongfully..
