Our last Senior Spotlight is Breanna Phillips! How long have you been in choir? I have been in choir for four years. ... What other clubs/activities are you involved in? I am in FCCLA. What are your plans for after high school? My plan after highschool is to own a daycare. What is your favorite choir memory? My favorite memory about choir is when we played Just Dance for one of our karaoke days. What has music meant to you? Music gives me a way to run from problems and helps me with my day. Music helps me escape everything. Who is your favorite artist/musician/band? I don't have a favorite. I love them all, I can never pick one to be my favorite. Please also list all achievements made in choir. I have made great scores on my ensembles for the past three years. We are so proud of you Breanna! #wildcatpride

Today’s Senior Spotlight is Sonya Jones! How long have you been in choir? I have been in choir since the 6th grade which was an accident but a purely happy one.... What other clubs/activities are you involved in? I'm currently only involved in choir. What are your plans for after high school? My plans after high school is to go to Three Rivers College and hopefully get a degree in criminal justice. What is your favorite choir memory? My favorite choir memory would definitely be all of us going to Dolly Parton Stampede and getting to sing at the college basketball games. What has music meant to you? Music has meant alot to me in the past. I'm obsessed with it and it's helped me in a lot of ways. Who is your favorite artist/musician/band? I have a lot of favorite musicians but my favorite right now is Yung Blud. Please list all accomplishments made in your time in choir. Today’s Senior Spotlight is Ethan Hutchison! How long have you been in choir? All four years of highschool... What other clubs/activities are you involved in? I am in Baseball, FBLA, and STUCO What are your plans for after high school? Go to a Junior College and then transfer for another 2 years. What is your favorite choir memory? Going to State my Junior Year for my ensemble men’s group. What has music meant to you? Music has meant a lot to me and it is a great way for me to relax. My family has been involved in singing for a long time so it means a lot to us. Who is your favorite artist/musician/band? My favorite artist is Tyler Childers Please also list all achievements made in choir. I received a one rating for my men’s ensemble group my junior year and we went to State and got a two. I also got the outstanding bass award my sophomore year. We are so proud of you Ethan! #wildcatpride

Attending Southeast Missouri State University in Sikeston the first two years and then transferring to the Cape campus for the last two years. What is your favorite choir memory? Putting on the Peter Pan play in Middle School What has music meant to you? Music is a way to escape reality and life’s problems and just be in another world for a while. Who is your favorite artist/musician/band? Trans-Siberian Orchestra Please list all achievements made during choir.
