"You have high cholesterol!" So? The reality is, despite docs pounding this into our psyche, cholesterol is not the demon we painted it to be. In fact, cholesterol is used TO MAKE Vitamin D, your sex hormones (whether you are male or female), bile salts (would you like to continue using the bathroom? ;) ), and myelin which is vital to the electricity of each cell. So, if you have "high cholesterol" then there is some other imbalance in your body that needs to be addressed....NOT your cholesterol ;)
