We are now currently accepting applications for Civilian Detention Officers and 9-1-1 Communicators. The starting pay for Civilian Detention Officer is 13.00/H...R. Benefits include: paid sick leave, paid vacation time, paid holidays as well as retirement with LAGERS and CERF. The pay and benefits for 9-1-1 Communicator will be discussed at the time of hiring. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and able to pass a background check. Enjoy ample amounts of time off working only 15 days a month with every other weekend off. As the temperatures drop, all drivers are reminded to reduce their speeds and drive with extreme caution. The rain is starting to freeze and officers have already worked multiple slide offs in Andrew County. Everyone please be safe and make sure seat belts are being used!

This includes a variety of clerical duties, but will center around elections and voter registration.
