Attention Shorthorn NAILE Exhibitors! With the changes of NAILE for 2020, the ASA staff has not had as much communication with the NAILE staff as in the past. We are all working hard to continue to make this a great show, but we will need exhibitors to work with us some and to please be patient. As you are packing up and heading out to make your trip to Louisville, please keep the following in mind. We ask that you please be patient, as ASA staff will not know where we are... stalling until we arrive on Thursday. We will be following our stalling policy. Your stalls will be pre-bedded, so you will not need to stand in line for bedding. Cattle can get into the barns on Thursday, Nov. 12th at noon but no earlier. You can be at tie-outs before then. Tack can begin arrival on Tuesday. The Pavilion, where Shorthorns are normally stalled will not have cattle in it as it is being used for COVID-19 cleaning. You will need to go through Lot V before you are allowed on the grounds. You will need to fill out your COVID Waiver before you are allowed on the grounds. https://www.livestockexpo.org/ima/Documents/COVIDWaiver.pdf Masks are REQUIRED! KY Health Department has already threaten to shut them down during the Dairy Show, so please wear your masks. Check-in is Friday, Nov. 13th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon). See more
