Self Care 101: You Can’t Pour From an Empty Cup. Others rely on you. It’s time to Think of you. Don’t think of it as selfish. You’ll be better for them if you do. If you're used to running on empty, break that habit before it breaks you.

WOW....Celebrating 9 years as a small fitness boutique these days can be tough. But with the ZTB Family behind me, with their support & love of fitness, you make it easy. I remember the first open house in 2012 with some nerves but a dream. A dream to bring fitness fun and build a community of like minded women(a few fun men along the way too). A place where Members forget their troubles, work, life and to getaway, laugh and build strength & endurance. A place to meet new fitness friends for life. A place to be pushed to be better, be more and be happy. A place to see their body, mind and spirit be lifted to higher levels. A place to find their true potential. TRX Suspension Strength Training @ ZTB is offered 5x through the week. TRX uses your body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility & core stability. Everyone loves the TRX classes but they love the results better!

ZTB MEMBERS....it’s that time of year to write your goals down and throw them in our COMMIT box. Goals that are written down have a better chance of being met & achieved. They can be fitness, life, habits or any goals you’d like to add or be better. Here’s some ideas.. Drink more water Minimize stress with breathing/meditation... Be more active every day Ditch one bad habit Add one act of kindness daily Show up to class on time Try one new class a week Read one book a month Eat more fruits and vegetables every day Declutter your closet Start a gratitude journal Volunteer more Be more patient with family members Perfect one recipe Make time for self-care Embrace spontaneity LOVE YOURSELF should be on EVERYONE’s list for 2021 See more
