IT’S 2’SDAY!! You now have TWO classes to choose from!

NEW CLASS STARTING AT YOGA CONNECTION!! This class is designed for the athlete that is looking to improve their athletic performance, increase range of motion,... increase proprioception through body awareness, target the release or strengthening of specific muscle groups, increase balance in the body and increase the vital capacity of the lungs through breathwork. This class is slow paced and beginner level, we spend time in the stretches and with the breath. See more
