Please note that we are taking the COVID-19 crisis very seriously, and have only decided to reopen after careful consideration. We have implemented a stringent cleaning regimen and will be following all CDC and government recommendations, which includes a strict 6-foot rule. This means that we w...ill only be able to allow UP TO A MAX of 9 members in at one time (and sometimes less). So, we highly suggest that you book your workout within your 9Round Member Portal to ensure that you are able to kick it with us at your desired time. Our "class" times start EVERY 45 minutes from the time we open... so there are plenty to choose from! Please note: if your desired workout time is not available, you can still kick it with us from home, as online workouts will still be available within your Member Portal. So, we are happy to announce that we plan to reopen the 9Round Raymore location TOMORROW (5/4) and BOTH Lee's Summit locations in one week (5/11)!!! With careful consideration and planning, we have developed new operational procedures that we are confident will allow our members to safely workout inside ou...r club. Along with a stringent cleaning schedule, we will also be implementing several new policies that will allow us to maintain proper social distancing, with fewer members inside the club at one time. The biggest change is asking members to schedule their workout to ensure that we are able to keep distance between everyone and keep the number of members working out at any one time to a maximum of 9. In an ongoing effort to keep your health in mind here is our latest development... 1) No more than 9 people allowed in the gym at a time. 2) No trainer led pad drills. 3) No punching it out in groups.... 4) Cleaning every hour on the hour with Lysol spray, Lysol wipes, and bleach along with our normal cleaning protocols. In addition to still be open and allowing members to work out, our Corporate is working on creating at home work outs that will be uploaded to the member portal on the 9Round website in order to provide workouts for those that chose not to come in. Your 9Round team thanks you for your continued support during this unprecedented time. 9Round Fitness and many other small businesses ask for your support through this unprecedented time in order to be able to continue to provide you with the same great service that you have come to expect and appreciate. We ARE OPEN tomorrow and have no plans on reducing hours or closing at this point. With no class times, we typically don't have more than 5 or 6 members at any given time compared to most other gyms in the area. We have already posted the steps we are taking to increase our cleaning regimen. Punching and kicking things is going to be necessary for all of us to keep sane in the weeks ahead. Let's GOOOO!

COVID 19 Coronavirus and the Flu How to protect yourself and others:... Do not workout if you are experiencing cold/flu symptoms. Wash your hands when you arrive to 9Round for at least 20 seconds or use Hand Sanitizer making sure to clean your fingertips. Wear your hand wraps. Make sure to wash after every workout. Use proper cough and sneeze etiquette while at the gym. Cough or sneeze into your arm or a tissue and then dispose of the tissue. Do not touch your face while working out, grab a tissue if needed and discard after using. After your workout, wipe down your gloves inside and out with a wipe or spray with Lysol. Wash your hands after your workout for at least 20 seconds or use Hand Sanitizer. You may choose to bring a water bottle to drink from. If you have traveled to an infected area, please self-quarantine for at least 14 days prior to returning to 9Round. We wipe down all our gym equipment (including the bags) and other frequently touched surfaces throughout the day, at the end of the morning session and again at the end of the evening session with Lysol Wipes, Lysol Spray, and Bleach. We keep our gym as clean and sanitary as possible not only now but, since we opened our doors in 2014.

The 9Round Lee's Summit and Raymore locations will be closed this morning due to weather. We will re-evaluate for this afternoon later in the day.

It's been a few days but are still so excited about the Chiefs winning the Super Bowl! Like many of you, our trainers are wanting to join the rest of the city in celebrating at the parade tomorrow. Therefore we will be closed tomorrow (2/5/2020) so that they have a chance to experience this amazing event! This is for both Lee's Summit locations and the Raymore location. This guy right here. 41 pounds gone!! I was at our Raymore location on Saturday when Ryan E. came in. We got to talking and he told me he was down 41 pounds. I'm so happy for him! When I told him that was a life changing amount, he said he never knew he could feel this good. Never knew he could sit on the couch without physically hurting.
