I'm excited to announce the change in date for the annual MLK Unity 5k. In honor of the 54 mile march from Selma, AL to Montgomery, AL the 2020 MLK Unity 5k will take place 55 years to the day on March 7th, 2020.

Our good friends in Ferguson are celebrating their 10th anniversary for the Ferguson Twilight Run on May 18th. This is an event for everyone in the family to participate. Let's come together once again as one community to support our communities!

We've been asked about race day conditions. We say think of Dr. Kings march from Selma to Montgomery, he wore a denim shirt, dress slacks and a pair of Stacy Adams dress shoes with temperatures as high as a sunny 90 to a humid 75 with rain and he kept marching.
