Mamas... (and dads) I’m gonna level with you here. This working from home/homeschooling/doing all the things is not working so well for me. I have fallen off the laundry wagon the last couple of weeks as I try to do ALL THE OTHER THINGS. I missed my laundry pickup this week and am wayyyy behind. I’m currently sitting here in my laundry pile, thinking way back to 3 years ago when this company was founded. It was in a similar moment of desperation, only change out quarantine ...to new baby and 3 other kids at home. Luckily, my plan of attack can look a lot different now than it did then. I’m going to share the plan in case you’re in the same boat my friends! Here goes: 1. Throw a load in the washer. Start it. 2. If you have stuff in the dryer, set it to fluff. 3. Gather laundry from all the nooks and crannies of the house. I swear I find kids socks in the most random places. I will never understand this! 4. Find a central location, close to your laundry room to sort. Mine happens to be the hallway, because our laundry room is small. Throwing it all in there would be counter-productive. 5. Sort by color and item. I’m doing lights, darks, whites, towels, bedding. *Decide which loads to send out and which to do at home see below.* 6. Fold and PUT AWAY the stuff from the dryer. Key- PUT AWAY IMMEDIATELY. 7. Switch the stuff from the washer to the dryer. 8. Start another load in the washer. 9. Repeat 6-8 until you’re done! *I’m planning throw about half of my loads in trash bags and schedule a laundry pickup for Monday. I’m past the point of no return here. SOS WishWash laundry fairies! This step is not necessary, but is going to save my butt this weekend! Anyway, sharing my quarantine life (and mess) this Saturday morning. Someone tell me I’m not alone here!! - Krista

Caption this! These are friends found in the laundry! If you are missing any of these little peeps, please contact us. We like to think they’re sort of a rag-tag Toy Story bunch.
