October is Fire Prevention Month! The goal of Fire Prevention Month is to raise fire safety awareness, and help ensure your home and family has a plan and is re...ady for the unexpected. In 1922, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) named the second week of October Fire Prevention Week in commemoration of the Great Chicago Fire in 1871. Preschoolers have been learning about fire safety and prevention, and what to do in case of a fire in the school. They had a special guest visitor today: the WAFB Fire Department! Thank you to the WAFB Fire Department for making a special trip to visit us!

Good morning everyone, as you may or may not have heard this week is Fire Prevention week (October 4th-10th), but as with everything else 2020 has put a spin on how we will be interacting with all of you. Sadly we will not be performing our annual open house or parade this year. We are hopeful that we will be able to bring these events to you this spring.
