The Webb City Farmers Market is open today, February 20th, in the heated pavilion near 106 E Tracy St Webb City Mo 64870. JUNIPER COFFEE Roastery will be ready with your hot coffee drink and freshly roasted coffee beans. Harmony Hill Bakery had a to-go breakfast of scratch biscuits & gravy and made-to-order eggs, and Marta's pupusas will be steaming up the place!... Free Kids Meal returns serving to-go breakfast and lunch from 9-12pm. If you have children between the ages 1-18, you may receive a meal pack to take home. This Saturday's menu: Breakfast-Local-Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal, and milk, Lunch- Hot dog, coleslaw, applesauce, and milk. Drew Pommert plays guitar for customers from 9 until 11am. Here’s the list of attending vendors: Braker Berry Farm- lettuce, sweet potato, butternut squash, and more... Clearwater Shrimp Farm Fairhaven- jelly, jam, pecans, and more... Our Market Kitchen has been playing with products this week and we’d like to share. Tomorrow, February 20th, you can support the Market WIC program with the purchase of this coleslaw which was made fresh today. Cost is $4. The ingredients are Braker Berry Farm’s Cabbage & Carrot, then we added local chopped apples, some dried berries and a dressing comprising of Mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice.

As a producer-only market, you can support your local farming neighbors by shopping local every Saturday morning for the freshest foods around. Wilted Spinach Salad Recipe: -Wash and let dry 8 oz of spinach -Finely chop 1/4 of a red onion -Cut four slices of bacon. Completely cook bacon pieces and remove from pan with slotted spoon.... -Add 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/3 cup red wine vinegar to bacon drippings, then bring the dressing mixture to a boil. -Place spinach in a serving bowl and drizzle warm dressing over it, toss gently. -Add chopped onion and bacon, then toss gently -Pepper to taste and serve immediately... Enjoy!
