Many of you know we lost a post member and friend yesterday. Kimi Bohnenkamp passed away after battling cancer for several years. We will be holding a service in honor of Kimi on Sunday July 19th at 1:00pm in the hall. Our thoughts and prayers are with John and her family. Rest in Peace Kimi.

Greeting Post 2426 Members & Friends Hello Comrades I Spoke with our State Commander Troy Williams this afternoon. I Explained we met Monday March 16th and we used Skype in addition to Members in the hall. He liked the idea and ask me to share that info with other posts. ... Moving forward if the state cancels live in person meetings in the hall we are authorized to use and will use Skype for our meetings. Virtual meetings "Skype & other options" was an option for any post meeting for the last year or more and is now and will be after this Pandemic. We are not closing the Clubroom yet, but we are taking this COVID19 virus very seriously. We have an abundance of cleaning supplies and our Bartenders have been instructed to wipe down everything as often as possible with Lysol & Bleach. Please keep in mind it's important to keep our people employed as long as we can. They have families and Bills to pay too and we can't afford to pay them if we are not open. Also all planned events are canceled through the end of March. We will revisit things again soon and do as needed Until then please keep our Great Nation, Post & Auxiliary members, loved ones and friends in your thoughts and prayers.
