I dropped my touch screen laptop in May and shattered the glass so my husband first took it to ubreakifix on Glenstone for a replacement. They had it for 3 weeks & hadn't contacted me so I called them for an update and was told that they broke the new glass after installation but since it wasn't as bad of a shatter than when I dropped it off I could keep it for a discount of $150 To which I replied no thanks, you can put the old glass back in and call me when you're finished so I can take it to real computer people!"
