Every semester, the ALI runs a Conversation Partner Program for ALI/ESL students to meet with Academic students and/or Community members. This semester, many of our students will be overseas, taking classes online. We are looking for volunteers to "meet" with our students online for Conversation Partners this semester. Anyone interested should contact the ALI at [email protected].

The ALI will be holding BOTH face-to-face and online classes for the Fall 2020 semester. UMKC is making every effort possible to keep students safe while back on campus for face-to-face classes: reduced class sizes, mask requirements, and regular cleaning of classrooms and facilities.
