I found this tart on a sewing pattern today: It's always the well groomed, proper looking ones...

I added a ton more vintage sewing patterns to my Etsy shop today and while I was photographing them, I noticed something. The artists always seem to do a good job at the illustrations of women by varying their expressions and even making them a tad flirtatious at times. Their pictures of men, for the most part, are just plain awkward (sometimes bordering on creepy stalker) Why do they have to go and make it weird like that??? #myvioletfemme #somemenarenormaltoo

In my search for all things vintage, I came across this duck phone. Ok 70s and 80s kids, what television show featured one of these that quacked when it rang? I of course had to inspect it closely and then remembered that my brother has a jet ski one from the same era! I wish that I had been cool enough to have one of these back in the day
