Update...Vicky has left her life here on earth behind her. She is now resting in the Presence of the Lord. See picture below captured from Facebook post. Thank you for your continued prayers for Denny and the Sikes family. We are asking you to please be in prayer for a local Pastor and his Family. Vicky Sikes she has been battling Covid 19 recently and her condition has been deteriorating. Vicky is the wife of Pastor Denny Sikes in Seneca at the Assembly there. Please be in prayer a tough decision has been made to take her off of the ventilator in the morning.

Well if your wondering where the free chair post went it was taken down! Because they were snatched up that fast. Thanks Pastor McBride for your gift to the Kingdom.

This Wednesday we lost one of our former Presbyters, a Local Pastor, a former Foreign Missionary with the Assemblies of God Fellowship. He was also a Minister Assosiated with the Pentecostal Church of God and a Preacher/Pastors Kid (PK). He had put together a Missions trip this year and lead it, doing Tabernacle building and Health Care. Brother Larry was a Blessing and had a True Servants Heart. #hewillbemissedbyusbutnotbygod. #walkingwithjesus.

Just posting this information for all those in Joplin city limits, it appears that we are required to post a sign at our church entrances reminding people to we...ar a mask. Printable signs are available from the city's website; I'll paste a link below. Just came across this today and wanted to share in case it affects your church, too. From the website: "All public facilities and businesses that are open to the public are required to post a sign at all entrances that masks are required to be worn inside the business."

Heaven gained a great Lady... Helen was a Pastors Wife in our Section for many years. I remember her telling the story of God calling them to Carthage to Pastor Evangel A/G, and how God showed her the House the very color of it that they would be able to buy. Helen was our Women’s for many years until she felt it was time to step down. Then my first wife Terri was elected. And Helen’s Support of her was invaluable. Back then we had a business meeting before each Fellowship ...meeting and the Ladies would meet each Month with the WM’s Rep (Helen) and plan & discuss about upcoming events as well as have a devotional and prayer. Helen was so great to check in on me from time to time after Terri passed away. She was a great help and supporter of our Section. She will be missed for sure. See more
