Good evening everyone. We wanted to let everyone know we are still working. As long as homes are going under contract , we will still be working too. At this time Mike is taking extra precautions for your safety and his. He is wearing plastic disposable gloves and booties on his shoes upon entering homes. Typically buyers and agents are welcome at the inspection. For the time being we are asking that nobody attends the inspection. Mike can use CBS codes for access to the home.... This eliminates the need for the agent to come and unlock the home. Buyers , your report will be sent to you the same day of your inspection. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call. Mike is happy to go over everything with you. If it is necessary to come to the inspection we do ask that you honor the 6 ft of distancing that has been recommended. We truly appreciate your understanding. It is a blessing to be able to continue working during this unprecedented time in our world. Thank you for your business!
