Another big trial win! My buddy Rob Curran and I tried a gender discrimination case this week in Greene County. Our client was a cashier at a grocery store who was fired by the owner who referred to her as hideous. The jury assessed her damages at $100,000 and held the company, two owners and a manager liable. We are working on our attorney fee application now. Rob litigated the case for four years and did a great job. Rob invited me down for trial prep and for tri...al. Our client Tammi is thrilled.
