TED LASSO. If you haven't yet soaked in the pure upliftment of this story and these characters, I urge you to invest in the 10x20-something minute episodes this long-weekend. Art for your HEART. (AppleTV offers free-trial, no excuses.) On my third time through this series since its debut earlier this yearthis is significant as someone who values NOT watching tvlet me say it againI can't recommend this show enough! Highest praise.... It resonates joyfully with my spirit of kindness, generosity, and integrity. It makes me feel faith in art and humans. It helps us remember who we all are and that everyone is expanding at their own pace, interconnected, as One. It makes me laugh, it tightens my eyes with emotional waves, it makes me value absolute presence with each episode (no multitasking, can't miss a single nuance, yet also, each time I watch I notice more treasures). If you're a fan, before or after this share, please text me (number linked in profile or typed below, yes you'll be added to my contacts so we can share 1:1 with ease). I'm hungry to get giddy about it with other people who are feelin' the moral, medicine, and magic from Coach Ted et al. Hope you sigh, giggle, feel, savor, and pass it on. Love, Rae. (417-217-7119)

Ritual-curation of little devotional sculptures. This is part of my daily, translating the sensed into form (aka, art makingaka entertainmentaka play). Sometimes it's balancing a tiny spoon on a pinecone found on my walk. Sometimes placing a bead on top of a leaf on top of a few hand-drawn symbols. Entangled carabiners. A feather taped to a penny. Fabric folded around sacred codes. How I arrange my rings on my digits for the day. The cardboard sock-form (trash) that becomes... a centerpiece of silly as much as a summoning of sureness. All steeped in conscious intention. Temporal creative happenings. Expressions of presence. All living in plain sight, needing no special altar, no rules, no seriousness required, no how-to's. By the light-switch. Bedside. Dashboard. Windowsill. Hanging from the ceiling fan. Centered inside the fridge. Jabbed in a key-hole. A phone wallpaper. A shower curtain enhancement. Simply tactile, held-in-hand for a few rich breaths. Guided by curiosity, meaning-making, and a satisfied smirky-feeling of, "well, that's fun!" Infused with the right-now magic of our focus and finesse. Not yesterday's prayers. Not last year's wishes. Right now's light and levity. Start by playing with what's in us mixed with what's in front of us. Endless goodies are waiting there. Read that again: PLAYING. Remind yourself (and each other!) oftenpsstthis can all be experienced as fun, we have intended so, let us keep practicing, playing, remembering. Thank you, thank you, brilliant Unnameablesmore please, in pure-presence, in Oneness, dashing doves of my heart. #youreinvited #DM or #text_Rae_417_217_7119

When I'm asked what Aerosha's movement is, I never quite know what will exit my mouth/fingers. I relax and wait to witness the always evolving (entertaining) granular summary that feels at times, after 11.5 years, like a tween trying on outfits of accuracycertainly keeps me on my toes (ha, accurate). Today, my text reply said: Aerosha shares guidance for a creative movement built from the body's intelligence and its grandiose imagination that can incorporate structures, found objects, existing curves+lines+shapes, fueled by an exploration of presence, textures, power, senses, and Art. To be clear, while we love pole, it's not a "pole dancing class." No equipment required, all are welcome.

Najwa Zebian: Let Go. "They say that at some point you just learn to let go, I must disagree. If it just takes one moment to let go, then you never really held on tightly enough. To a dream. To a goal. To a place. To a person. To anything. I believe you let go little by little. You let go a little, then hold back on, but with a little less force until you fully release yourself. And the tighter you hold on, the more force you let go with. The deeper you dive, the higher you’l...l fly. The closer you get, the further you’ll pull away. The weaker you feel, the stronger you’ll become. So, do not be ashamed of your weaknesses. We all have them. You must learn to be kind to yourself. You must believe in yourself. You must learn to understand yourself. Never think that you are a bad person. Differentiate between your self-worth and your actions. To say that you are bad is different than saying that you made a mistake. You can’t fix yourself, but you can fix a mistake. And remember, not one person on this earth is perfect. We all make mistakes. We all fall. We all have flaws. We just need to look within ourselves and treat ourselves as humans who are worthy of respect and hope. Do not give up on yourself. Get back up. Be brave. Be happy." @najwazebian #najwazebian See more

This week, the inimitable Esther Perel shared some great thoughts on the importance of complaining. Yes! And! MORE of what we keep vaulted needs a trusty outlet and containerthe giddiness, grief, despair, delight, boredom, and beyond. Full range.... It’s needed for anyone being polite and somewhat-steady on the outside when inside there’s a loud fuckit commentary. For cooped-up coupled-folk who could use to hop in a car or go for a walk and let’er rip, away from 'em all. For solos like me who are sifting and sorting, ready to dump the trash to possibly find a treasure. For all who simply need an intimate outlet. Those who are always there for others, those who think, I don’t want to be a burden. It’s also for actual VOCAL VIBRATION, to feel it moving out of your throat in a volume and pace that is instinctual, unedited. So often we don’t have (or use) a safe platform to do this, so back in March (when I really needed one) I created one for others, inspired by my favorite witness (more on that here: #whyaventingvault). It’s been so delightfully well-received. Let me encourage you to try it. VENTING VAULT. It’s a 30m gift, no fees, no pitch, no strings, no advice. You can be you or be anonymous; no video; you can call or text (because sometimes audio-privacy is not possibly, I gotchu). I will say hello and spend 5 minutes: asking you about your current (literal) view, reviewing what to do, then inviting a launch of storytelling, processing, laughing, cussing, voluming, and whatever else feels medicinal. I will listen with intent for unconditional allowing, free from opinion, absent tangles or judgment, absent advisement, advertisement, eye contact, and reciprocity (you owe me nothing). The call closes, typically, in laughter and glee. Certainly, in appreciation. Link in bio will take you to read more about it and to a booking page. Or visit Aerosha.com/vent Thank you to those many of you around the globe who've already played with this verbalized exhalation. I'm honored to be here for it. Pure connection in a confidential container. This is Aerosha.

Friends who love to dance: Do join my friend and fellow Aeroshan, Jen Keet, for a fun, FREE way to spend your Wednesday night! Then keep going for less than $5 per week! Wow! Groove is so fun, if wild-wedding-dancing and Aerosha had a baby, it's Groove. Go & tell me how you liked it! (I'm teaching Aerosha Wednesday or I'd be there with you.) xo

I look forward to our time, doin’ some spring-flinging togetherlawwwd, I need that RO-RO medicine and I KNOW you do too. I have 404 songs I gotta blast, STAT, plus a mop of unruly hair that has much to say about the past 7-months of growing pains.

Loved sharing Aerosha on a LIVE broadcast with Raquel Harrington KY3 last Sunday before my Move+Savor Workshop at the Springfield Art Museum. We did two live video spots, linked below. The first, we are chatting outside the museum. The second, we are sitting inside and the audio is frustratingly glitchy, so I will post the "clear" clip separately in a followup post. Thank you Raquel/KY3, thank you Shauna/S.A.M., and thank you to ALL of the excitable, generous, open-hearted pa...rticipants who came to learn, feel, move, taste, experience, ponder, and savor with me. Cheers to more of that goodie, please! Thank you also to Will Stone and Dean P. Groover for the beautiful (and rare) video and stills, glimpses of what happens in the scared cloak of Aerosha's signature ambiance.
