Working a little wrastlin’ in the Juniors class!

PARENTS!!! Are you done with Covid 15? You know the extra 15 pounds due to the (cough cough) Carona Virus??? Well that excuse is now old and time to shed that weight before Christmas!!! If you are bringing your kid(s) to class join us and we will put you through a workout at the same time! Instead of waiting in the car use that time to get in and lose a good 500 calories! The tuition is $150/month for two people and only an additional $25 per person beyond two. Classes are slow so now is a great time!

Hey Guys!!! Students of mine! This was (RIP) my instructor Jimmy Zbilski (Team Z) showing how to set up and use that wicked spinning backfist I've talked about. Great knockout technique from one bad dude! He accumulated over 80 wins with only 2 losses in his career.
