Being for Missourians means many things. Inclement weather, car accidents, floods and fires can all be the reasons my phone rings. No matter the cause, I answer the call. In my fellow agent Dana’s case, her new neighbor and customer, Bridgette, called when flames enveloped their brand new home. Dana was first to arrive on the scene, even beating the fire department.
