This project shows how important details in flashing can be. These windows were installed by another company only a year ago. The windows were performing well, however water was leaking around the windows causing damage to the interior of the home and the siding was starting to rot. We pulled all the exterior trim, repaired wood rot, and properly installed an effective water management system. We also replaced the lower 3 windows.
