Sale catalog for 2020 4-H/ FFA exhibitor sale

This is the 2020 Scotland County 4-H & FFA Livestock Show Schedule! We look forward to seeing everyone the week of July 5th in Bible Grove, please note the few events that are taking place else where!

Reminder: Art hall entry day is Monday (tomorrow) July 6th at 2pm at the former Memphis Mercantile building on the south side of the square! Arthall Exhibits ...will be open for the public to view Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am-2pm! We welcome the community to stop by and take a look at all the projects! Exhibitors MUST pick up their projects Wednesday from 2-3pm!

Important information for those who may still be able to claim the $500 stimulus money for dependents.

Important information for people on Social Security Retirement, survivor or disability benefits (SSDI), Railroad Retirement benefits, Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Veterans Affairs beneficiaries who DIDN'T file a tax return in the last two years. There is a deadline of Noon (ET) Wednesday to act on this. This pertains to if you have dependents and are wanting to receive the $500 additional impact payment for them.

Due to the current situation, I will be working out of home for the next several days. We are STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS and preparing tax returns for clients, as well as bookkeeping jobs. We just aren't opening the physical office. And yes, we are still ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. So.... If you would like to contact me regarding tax prep or other issues, please contact me at 660-216-8636. If I don't answer please leave a message. Cell service in the country isn't always perfec...t. But I always get my voicemails and I WILL call you back. We have a mail drop slot in the office door. If you need to drop paperwork off, please place it in a marked envelope and insert it in the mailslot. It will be checked and picked up daily. For those who wish to drop paperwork off outside of operational hours, don't forget that we have a mail slot in our front door. Feel free to place documents in sealed, marked envelopes and we will take care of them as expeditiously as possible

We are still open and accepting new clients. While the past week and a half has certainly been challenging for all of us, we are still doing business responsibly. Clients are welcome to contact us and drop off paperwork. We are trying to do as much social distancing as possible and still serve you. While the deadline for filing has been extended, we understand many need their refunds as soon as possible. So feel free to turn to us, as we are currently able to promptly turn around most returns.
