You can now join the Shambhala Meditation Group through Zoom. Like many other providers, we suspended our in-person offerings as our response to the guidance offered by the CDC. Now, due to the efforts of our volunteers, we are pleased to announce that our group will offer a weekly online meditation practice each Sunday from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Shambala vision is rooted in the principle that every human being has a fundamental nature of basic goodness. Although onli...ne meetings are not a traditional form of practice, we have discovered this is an effective method of meditation as a group, sharing our experiences, and growing in compassion for others and ourselves. If you have been considering meditation or would like to attend our online group meditation sessions, please contact us at [email protected]. Please reach out anytime to this email to receive individual instruction about attending the group. We will offer newcomers some orientation and instruction before attending their session.
