Joe's Cafe Concerts aka Christman Studios

Anyone who has ever played at Joe's, please send a note if you are willing to donate an ORIGINAL song to a worthy cause. We are putting together a playlist of original songs that have been performed at Joe's Café to sell to raise money for Sustainable Therapy. I'm gonna see how this goes and reach out to individuals as needed. We will play at Joe's again one day but for now, this is what we can do. The people of Haiti thank you.

Hi folks. We just postponed the last scheduled public event. Please keep in mind that we see all of these shows happening in the future. The goal is to pick up where left off and just push everything forward. That might happen depending on certain circumstances. But for now Joe's Café is closed for business. Bill Christman is continuously working on Land Of Giants which is at Union and Cabanne. You can drive up and look at it if you would like and if you do it would be greatly appreciated if you would consider donating to the cause financially. It's going to be an amazing park and we will have live music there eventually! We hope to see you all again soon!

Tonight was supposed to be the 442’s with Adam Maness. The pain is real. This one hurts. They all hurt but this one is particularly painful because it is so unique and brings Powell Hall dignitaries to our funky little spot and it works really well. Bringing this music to a place like Joe’s is a very personal goal for me (John Parker) and it breaks my heart to see it not happen. We will live to play again and with the help of modern medicine we will gather safely in the future and oh, how sweet it will be. Until then, stay safe!

Hi folks. I just talked to Kasimu Taylor about his show. He said it was time to pull the plug so I did. Then I did something really dumb cancelling the show from my phone which for some reason totally deleted the event without sending a note to those who responded and just evaporated the whole thing. Kasimu had written a note explaining it was cancelled for the obvious reason. He also included his website which is https://kasimutaylor.com/.
