? ! Our latest service project came out at the Arvest Bank in Olathe, KS! This one definitely had an added twist to it as well. Thanks to our friends at Fine Cut Concrete Drilling & Sawing, LLC for knocking out the concrete cutting, as we worked to expose the sewer line failure! Once that was complete, you'll see in the photos just how many utility lines were run right on top of the sewer line, thus making it nearly impossible to get a backhoe bucket in. ! Out at the Talisman Condominiums in Kansas City, our service team just got finished running the piping for a bathroom they're remodeling in one of their units! As you can see in the photos on this post, this newly installed PVC was tied onto the existing plumbing stack. The PVC will function as the piping for a new lav sink and toilet. For those unfamiliar with the term, a is a crucial component of both residential and commercial plumbing systems. In these pictures, it's displayed as the black vertical pipe. As so, the stack can be defined as a vertical pipe (spanning multiple stories) where all of the horizontal pipes either drain or vent to!

If you suspect there may be a leak somewhere in your office or home, the easiest way to diagnose where the issue resides is with a ! Take a look at this one Mike and Ryan knocked out in Riverside. This local plastic fabrication company noticed a sewer gas smell coming from one of their restrooms. We headed up to the roof, ran the smoke test and pin-pointed where the leak was! Since you can't actually see sewer gas, the smoke test reveals where the repairs are needed. After that's completed, it's just another routine plumbing repair. Anytime you smell sewage inside, it's critical to get a plumber out right away! You certainly don't want to let that sit for very long, as it can become a health risk for anyone inside.
