South Nodaway FFA Chapter

This year we are able to get the T-shirt design in multiple garments! Orders are due Tuesday, January 19th! FFA members will have a basic T-shirt ordered for them as part of their dues! Make checks to South Nodaway.

Greenhouse Order Requests It is that time of the year where we will be working on our greenhouse order for this upcoming spring! We want to know of any requests from our customers and community! Within the next month the new greenhouse will take form, with almost double the amount of size we had, so we will have lots of room for new fun items for all of you!

We have had a few questions about fundraising this fall -- South Nodaway High School is not having any organization, club, or group conduct their normal fundraising this fall. Hopefully this spring we will be able to have our labor auction and similar sales to what we have in the fall!

The SN Ag Ed greenhouse will be offering mums again this fall! All colors available are in 2 gallon pots, and are $10 ea. Order forms are available in both offices, from an Ag Ed student or Mrs. Palmer. Forms and payment are due Tuesday, Sept 1st! Mums are the same 2 gallon varieties as last year and will be available for pickup or delivery the week of September 14th, we will announce the exact day closer to that week! Congrats to Brooklynn Bennett for placing 3rd in the State FFA Extemporaneous Speaking Contest! You worked so hard for this and it shows!

Today starting at 2:00 State LDE Results will be posted!! A couple of weeks ago Brooklynn was finally was able to compete in her state Extemporaneous Speaking Event! Look for her results later today!!!!

AG & FFA kids - Mrs. Palmer needs some help Monday morning, the 27th, clearing out the greenhouse in preparation for the new one and what wasn't able to be done this spring. PLEASE let her know if you can help!! Plan to start at 7:30 am and there will of course be Casey's breakfast pizza & donuts for those that help.

Congrats also to a group of our seniors and juniors who were selected to perform at the 2020 State FFA Convention for State FFA Talent! We will share their audition video later today so everyone can hear the talent they were selected to perform!
