Here are some of the measures we're taking at Westco to help prevent the spre...ad of this disease: 1) In addition to our regular store cleanliness standards, we have instructed employees to disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as doors and counters hourly. 2) We're instructing all employees to regularly and thoroughly wash their hands throughout the day and avoid touching their faces. 3) We've instructed our sales team and delivery team not to engage in any skin to skin contact with customers (this includes the traditional handshake), and to maintain social distance from all customers inside our stores. 4) We are providing hand sanitizer throughout the store and at the cash register. 5) We're providing our delivery team with latex gloves, hand sanitizer, and disinfecting wipes. 6) Customers needing to make payments are encouraged to use the envelope provided with their statement. Customers may also call their local Westco and make payments over the phone using their credit card. 7) We've implemented policies to ensure that any employee of ours who feels sick, stays home, and does not come to work. We remain open for business inside our stores, and you can browse a wide selection of our products online at www.westcohome.com. We can provide quotes for any item on our site (if the price is not already posted online) and answer any questions you may have through our website chat function.
