So excited to announce that we will be adding a new monthly recurring event to our Wellness Office offerings! Beginning THIS THURSDAY we will be having a FREE yoga class in MG-202 in the basement from 5:30PM-6:30PM, led by an instructor from Midtown Yoga KC (MYKC), on the second Thursday of every month! Space is limited so arrive early. Please bring your own mat if you have one, though they will have a few extras. Really hope to see you there! (Once the weather warms up, we can have classes on the lawn outside). FREE STI (HIV, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea) Testing at the School of Medicine today from 12PM-1:30PM! Students!! The School of Medicine has partnered with the Good Samaritan Project in Kansas City to bring free STI Testing to the SOM today from 12PM-1:30PM. Testing is QUICK (about 10 minutes or less), CONFIDENTIAL, and FREE! The testing is taking place on the 5th floor of the SOM but there are students in the lobby handing out cookies and directing people where to go. Please take a few moments this afternoon to get a checkup and remember to stay safe!

I am a HUGE FAN of banana ice cream! If you haven't tried it before, ice cream season is coming so it's the perfect time! In my opinion, it tastes best right out of the blender, no extra freezing needed. #cleaneats
